How do our ‘Test to Return’ Virtual Overseas Testing Appointments Work?
Place your order for the “Virtual Overseas Test” online using our booking platform. Select a date and time for your virtual test that is within the required testing time for your flight back to the UK. We suggest that you do this withing 48 hours of your return.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the test time selected is correct for your return to the U.K. We offer the 48 hours as a guide only and recommend that you ensure you have selected a time that suits your travel and return country requirements.
Rescheduled booking will be subject to a £10 amendment fee. This requirement will be enforced.
We will issue you with your test kit when you come in for your Fit to Fly test. This will contain all you require to self-administer the test from the country you are located in. If you are not testing with us before you travel we will send the kit to you. Postal kits will carry a £10 postal charge and will require to be signed for.
Prior to travel don’t forget to pack your test kit! Failure to use the kits we provide you with will mean that we will not be able to test and certify you. All kits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Get ready to join us for your test! On the day and time of your test login to the system using the link provided, you will need to watch the video explaining how to administer the test; join the video call; perform the test with our team member and then take a photo of the cassette once the test time has been completed. We will then issue you with the certificate via email for your return journey.
The global pandemic means that every country is looking to ensure the safety of its population. With this in mind, almost all countries require a negative COVID-19 PCR swab test to be presented prior to travel. Anyone without a negative test will not be allowed to travel.
The test needs to be taken with sufficient time for the sample to be processed and the results returned to you. You will need to pick the processing time you require to get the fit-to-fly certificate back in time for you.
